Firestone frame and sheet metal sign
My task was to design weldless frame for 20′ wide and 10′ high sign. And the actual sign also. We used Unistrut parts, including fasteners. Assembly drawings, cutlists and BOM.

Card-size multitool
This product made as 1 part cut from metal and then edges were formed to this tool shape. One of goals was to fit everything to a size of standard card and make it thin, yet rigid enough to use as proper tool. CAD screenshots:
